Qatar plans $5.5 bn development with Disney-sized Theme Park

The Simaisma project, 40 minutes north of Doha, will occupy 8 million sq.m. and over 7km of beaches.

It will include an 18-hole golf course, 300 villas, luxury resorts, a marina, beach club, and residential and business zones.

The theme park will stretch over 650,000 sq.m., making it bigger than Disney's Magic Kingdom.

Heritage experience in the UAE: Najd Al Meqsar, Khorfakkan
