Dolphin Watching & Snorkeling

This 2-hour cruise takes guests around Oman’s enchanting coastline for a mesmerizing experience of watching dolphins at sea. Species like Spinner, Bottlenose or Indo-Pacific are (generally) easy to see at any time of the year.  After an hour of dolphin watching, we proceed to a secluded private island in Bandar Khairan for snorkelling, where a wide variety of fish, colourful coral reef and large number of mangrove trees form a sanctuary for lobsters, shrimps and other fish.

Daymaniyat Island

Experience the beauty of the crystal-clear waters of the Daymaniyat Islands with a diverse mixture of snorkeling spots in the dynamic marine environment of Oman. Comprising nine small islands, this snorkeling paradise features an array of brilliantly hued fish, graceful sea turtles, in the pristine, crystal-clear waters of the sea. Experience the natural beauty of these islands which remain in their uninhabited state, preserved and protected by a marine reserve. Relax in the shade of the comfortable sailboat between your swimming excursions. Additionally, intrepid travelers have the option to ascend the islands' mountains for a breathtaking panoramic view of the surroundings. A picnic lunch box will be provided, along with water, juices, soft drinks.

Bandar Khayran

Beyond Mutrah, the headland close to Muscat shatters into a series of khors (inlets) and bandars (natural harbours), the most extensive of which is Bandar Khayran. Bandar Khayran is a serene natural haven known for its calm turquoise waters, secluded coves, and rugged cliffs. This protected bay is a paradise for snorkeling and diving, home to vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life. At sunset, the sandstone and its reflection in the water seemingly vibrate with colour.

Sunset Dhow Cruise

This is a 2-hour twilight/sunset trip on a traditional Omani dhow (wooden boat), which offers exciting sights and experiences. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Oman’s coastline over the pristine waters with amazing views of some of Muscat’s landmarks: Al Bustan Palace Hotel, Mirani & Jalali, the 17th century Portuguese forts, and Al Alam Palace.
